Home Repair Resource Center's interactive workshop series will help you develop your money skills, provide you with strategies for improving your credit, teach you how to protect your home investment, and prepare you for home purchase or refinance.

Please note: These classes are part of Home Repair Resource Center's Home Buyer Education Program. The program offers classes and individual guidance that prepare residents for buying a home. Information will be provided on various down payment assistance programs that are available, including the City of Cleveland Heights' "Down Payment Assistance Loan Program." The City program is available to eligible applicants interested in purchasing homes renovated through HRRC's Home in the Heights subsidiary.

 

Home Buyers' Fair

Home Repair Resource Center will offer a Home Buyers' Fair on Saturday, April 3rd from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Heights Main Library, 2345 Lee Road. Realtors and others involved in the home buying process will provide information about down payment assistance programs, financing options, and what to expect when buying a home.

This free event is open to anyone considering home purchase.
