Guidelines for Workshop Scholarships

Cleveland Heights residents with anticipated gross household incomes within the following guidelines can apply for reduced fees for HRRC's repair workshops.

All guidelines are based on HUD’s computation of median income for our area, so they will change periodically. Income must be documented each calendar year; we’ll tell you what you need to bring when we return your call or email. The Home How-To program has its own income guidelines.
