These classes are part of Home Repair Resource Center’s Home Buyer Education Program. The program offers classes and individual guidance that prepare residents for buying a home. Information will be provided on various down payment assistance programs that are available, including the City of Cleveland Heights’ “Down Payment Assistance Loan Program.”
