Television ads promoting replacement windows as the best way to lower your energy usage are simply not true. There are many less expensive measures that will have a much greater impact on your monthly heating bill. We’ll talk about when new windows are appropriate and when other measure will do a better job of keeping the cold air out of your house and heated air in.
